用途

台车式电阻炉周期作业式电炉，可供大中型金属机件和材料的正火，退火等热处理加热之用。

Application

The car - bottom type electric resistance furnace is a batch type furnace.It is used for normalizing,annealing and other heat treatments of large or medium metallic machine parts.

结构简介

台车式电阻炉有炉壳、炉衬、加热元件、炉门、台车及控制柜等组成。台车可以移动，便于装卸料，降低劳动强度;炉体与台车间采用新颖自动密封,改善了炉温均匀性；炉衬由0.6超轻质耐火砖砌成；加热元件是由高电阻和金丝绕制成螺旋状，安置在炉衬的搁砖上及台车的炉底搁砖上炉门的升降及台车的进出均为机械传动，并装有电器锁装置；炉底板采用耐热钢铸件。另在炉顶上设有二支热电偶，一支作为检测炉温用，另一支作为超温保护用。

The furnacr consists of casing.lining.heating elements.goor.car-bottom and control cabinet.The car-bottom can be moved.loading and unloading are easy and labor furce can be reduced.

A new rype of autmatic seal between furnece body and car-bottom is ensured to uniformize temperature.The lining is built with 0.6 firebricks The heating elements are screwed up by high resistance alloy wires,and installed on the supporting bricks of lining and car-bottom.Machine transporter with a electric interlock is used for lifting the furnace door and moving the car-bottom in and out. The refractory cast steel is used for furnace hearth plate.Two thermmocouples are put on the top of furnace. One is for testing.furnace temperature.the other is for over heating protection.
